Since 2010 Jason has been an IICRC Approved IICRC Instructor and now teaches eight IICRC courses. Each course is taught using Jason’s in-depth knowledge of the subjects from a real life perspective.
Having undertaken such works in Australia, New Zealand and USA, involving national carpet cleaning contracts, regional and state based flooding (water and mould), commercial meth labs, earthquake losses, trauma sites and also being involved in Large Loss Catastrophe events in USA.
His hands on practical knowledge of these courses aligned with his understand of the science and theory creates an environment for all students to learn from. Discussion and sharing of knowledge in Jasons classes is always encouraged.

Jessika is a second-generation residential and commercial cleaning and restoration technician, microbial remediation team supervisor, and certified structural and IAQ inspector – complete with over 27 years of in-field experience. Her vast and varied knowledge of the cleaning, restoration, structural and IAQ inspection and testing industries makes her highly sought after as a consultant, inspector, trainer, and speaker.
Jessika has served on the Board of Directors of the IICRC; presently serves as the IICRC Cleaning Division Chair, providing leadership for multiple committees, and volunteers her time speaking at industry events such as The Experience, ISSA, CFI, and NACA
Among her many accomplishments in the industry, Jessika has earned the status of IICRC Approved Instructor IICRC Master Textile Cleaner, Master Water Restorer, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, IICRC Senior Carpet Inspector, ACAC Council Certified Indoor Environmentalist and Certified Mould Professional.

Stephanie Beattie is the President and founder of The Center for Disaster Recovery; an industry consulting firm for over 20 years and the largest independent restoration training school in Canada. It is her mission, and passion to align contractors, brokers and insurers to standards of excellence.
Stephanie maintains a triple master designation in the restoration field, and is a certified credentialing specialist in Canada. She consults for not only other schools, contractors and insurers, but is one of the top experts called on to write textbooks, training materials, crew guides and works to apply her process in today’s market. She is also an approved credentialing specialist with programs for restoration contractors.
She is a coveted speaker and is sought after as one of the foremost experts in property claims and is known for her no holds barred approach.

Profile –
Shawn currently holds positions as an approved IICRC Instructor, IICRC Chairman TAC (Technician Advisory Committee) for Commercial Carpet Cleaning, and is an Oriental Rug Specialist.
Shawn was trained at a young age and began training in advanced rug washing techniques at the age of 13, in the family cleaning business. The carpet and rug cleaning industry has stayed a passion of Shawn’s for his entire working career.
Shawn currently provides support and further education within the textile and floor care industry by teaching and educating others in IICRC courses, seminars, and conventions all around the world as a Cleaning and Restoration consultant and trainer.
